Business Analyst/Project Manager
My client has an office in Centurion and is a key player in the automotive industry and they are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst that can manage a project as well.
Level: Mid-level (3–6 years’ experience)
Location: Hybrid/ Remote (must be able to travel when required)
Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst / Project Manager hybrid to support the delivery of projects, enhancements, and operational improvements.
This is a delivery-focused role, not a senior management position. The successful candidate will be expected to gather requirements, produce documentation, coordinate delivery, and actively drive execution across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Lead requirement workshops and independently set up meetings
- Translate business needs into functional specifications / user stories
- Perform detailed process analysis and mapping (as-is / to-be)
- Ensure requirements are understood by the development team
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage and maintain delivery boards (Monday.com or similar)
- Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies
- Prioritise projects, enhancements, and fixes
Team Coordination
- Act as the link between business and development teams
- Provide clear direction to developers
- Facilitate stand-ups and delivery discussions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years’ experience
- Strong process and requirements engineering capability
- Experience working with development teams
- Comfortable managing projects and smaller enhancements/fixes
- Able to work independently
Skills & Tools
Essential:
- Requirements gathering & documentation
- Process mapping
- Delivery tracking (Monday.com preferred)
- Strong communication skills

Salary Benchmark
– R45,000 – R65,000 per month
