An international insurance company based in Melrose is looking for 2 call centre agents.

The company has a division that acts as a link between their insured clients and the car rental companies they deal with.  They are looking for people who will be able to inform clients of this benefit should their cars get stolen or accident damaged.  You will also be responsible to administer the process and follow up with clients and the car rental companies where needed.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• answer phones professionally

Education and Experience

• proficient in relevant computer applications


• knowledge of customer service principles and practices


• six months or more experience in a call center environment


• customer service experience


• good keyboard skills


• knowledge of administration and clerical processes


• relevant product knowledge
