We are seeking an experienced, adaptable, and personable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a less corporate, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing the CEO’s diary, correspondence, travel, and priorities, while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key responsibilities include managing schedules, emails, and communications; coordinating meetings, board processes, and events; preparing reports and documentation; arranging domestic and international travel; supporting projects and special initiatives; and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves office administration, basic budget support, and assisting with personal and household-related tasks such as errands, groceries, and dry cleaning.
This position requires flexibility, particularly with working hours when schedules run over, as well as a presentable, positive, and bubbly personality. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who enjoys being closely involved, builds strong relationships easily, and becomes a trusted part of the CEO’s inner circle.
